Are there limits on the Free plan?
You can create one each of mind maps, whiteboards, kanban boards and notebooks (items in the trash don't count), and share them with view-only links. Attachment space (100MB, 20MB per file) and how long history is kept are also different. Google Calendar sync is included in Free.
How do I get Pro?
Outside Korea, Pro is a monthly subscription in the Geurio Android app, paid through Google Play. Once you subscribe, Pro works everywhere you sign in — web, desktop and mobile.
If I cancel, do I switch to Free right away?
No. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. You can cancel in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
How do I get a refund?
If you ask within 7 days of a payment, we'll refund it in full through Google Play. After 7 days, that month isn't refunded, and billing stops from the next payment. Email info@geurio.com and we'll handle it within 3 business days.
What happens if a payment fails?
Google Play tries the payment again and may give you a short grace period to update your payment method. You keep Pro during the grace period.
Is there a yearly plan?
Not yet. Pro is billed monthly, and you can cancel anytime.
What happens to my documents and files if I cancel Pro?
Nothing is deleted. Documents and files you already have stay open. While you're over the Free limits (one of each kind · 100MB), only creating new documents and uploading new files is blocked. People who were editing with you become view-only. Notebook page history older than 30 days is deleted.
Is there a team plan?
Only individual plans for now. If a document's owner has Pro, invited people can edit it even on Free. Let us know if you need team billing.
Payment · cancellation · refunds
- Outside Korea, Pro is sold only as a monthly subscription in the Geurio Android app through Google Play. Google Play shows the price in your currency, including applicable taxes.
- The subscription renews automatically every month. You can cancel anytime in Google Play before the next billing date, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
- If you ask within 7 days of a payment, we'll refund it in full through Google Play.
- If you cancel after 7 days, the month you've already paid for isn't refunded, and you won't be charged again.
- For cancellations and refunds, email info@geurio.com. We'll handle your request within 3 business days of receiving it.
